Diana Kataev (she/her) is an advanced graduate student therapist. As a dedicated and compassionate mental health counseling intern, she takes a warm, person-centered approach to therapy. She believes that healing begins with genuine human connection, and she strives to create a safe, affirming space where clients feel seen, heard, and valued. Her work is grounded in empathy, authenticity, and the belief that even gentle humor can be a powerful tool for building trust and rapport. She often integrates mindfulness and  to support emotional regulation and holistic well-being, helping clients connect with both mind and body. She is deeply committed to inclusivity and has a special passion for serving the LGBTQIA+ community, ensuring that individuals from all backgrounds feel welcome and respected. Whether you're navigating everyday stress or working through deeper challenges, her goal is to walk alongside you as you move toward healing, resilience, and personal growth. Her specialties include LGBTQIA+ affirmative therapy, trauma informed care, sex positive therapy (kink, BDSM, polyamory), life transitions, relationship issues, mood and anxiety disorders, and grief and loss.
