EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)

EMDR is a research supported therapy often used to treat trauma and distressing life experiences. Through guided bilateral stimulation, clients safely reprocess memories so they become less emotionally overwhelming.

EMDR may help individuals experiencing:

  • Trauma and PTSD

  • Anxiety and panic symptoms

  • Grief and loss

  • Negative self beliefs

  • Stress related symptoms

Many clients experience meaningful relief without needing to discuss every detail of past experiences extensively.
