Robert Levin
Robert Levin (they/them) is a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) Robert believes therapy is the journey in self-understanding and healing; one they wish to guide you on. Whether you’re seeking therapy because you feel sad, hopeless, or anxious, or because you wish to better understand yourself, they offer a safe and non-judgmental space in which you can embark on the therapeutic journey together. Every journey is unique, and they look forward to working with you towards self-understanding. Robert’s therapy practice incorporates mindfulness and psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, and person-centered approaches. They have experience in LGBTQ+, multicultural, and substance use counseling, and have worked with individuals on managing depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, self-esteem issues, stress management, and conflict resolution. Mental health is an often-overlooked concept in our society, and it is Robert’s goal to help destigmatize therapy. Our mental health is a part of our overall health, and therapy can help us achieve a more positive sense of self.
